You have the right to access, rectify, cancel or object to the use of your personal data, to withdraw your consent and to limit its use or disclosure. It is free of charge.

How to submit your request

Fill in this form: it is not sent to any server; it builds a message that opens in your email or WhatsApp and you decide whether to send it. To protect your information, after you send the message we will ask for a copy of an official ID (or your legal representative with power of attorney). Do not attach it here and never send us passwords.

What your request must include

  • Your name and a way to reply.
  • Documents proving your identity (or your representative's).
  • A clear description of the data and the right you want to exercise.
  • Anything that helps locate your data.

Deadlines

We reply within 20 business days of receiving your request and, if it applies, carry it out within the following 15 business days. The periods may be extended once for an equal period if justified; we will let you know.
